SELECTING CELLS
You can select a number of consecutive cells called a range by one of the following methods.
Selecting cells using keyboard:

Click and drag over the selection

Click in one cell, and then hold down the shift key and click in the opposite corner of the selection.

Click in a column or row heading to select the whole column or row.
Selecting cells Using Mouse:

Point to the corner cell of the range to be selected.

Hold down the mouse button.

Drag the mouse pointer to the diagonally opposite corner cell.

Click in a column or row heading to select the whole column or row.
